1. Who we are

This website is operated by El Poder de Tu Casa LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as El Poder de Tu Casa. We are a Spanish-language real estate education platform.

El Poder de Tu Casa is not a bank, a lender or a real estate brokerage. Mortgage and real estate services are provided separately by the licensed companies of the professionals on our team.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Through our form: your name, phone number, email address, the topic of your inquiry and any message you write.
• Whether or not you check the optional text message box, together with the date and time, the page you submitted from, and the version of the disclosure you were shown.
• Anything you share when you call, email or text us.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details, identification documents or account statements through this website. Please do not include them in the form.

Information generated when you use the site

• Our hosting provider processes standard technical data for each visit, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver and secure the site.
• When you submit the form, we use your IP address temporarily to limit repeated submissions and prevent abuse.

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and does not follow you from one site to another. We do use a cookieless measurement tool from our hosting provider that counts visits and measures loading speed in aggregate: it records things like the page viewed, the country and the device type, but it does not identify you or build a profile of you. The "Ver en el mapa" link opens Google Maps, which is governed by its own privacy policy.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up by phone and email.
• To send you text messages, only if you have given us your consent.
• To record and honor your contact preferences, including opt-outs.
• To operate, maintain and secure the site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Text messages

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving help from us. If you consent, we will send automated follow-up messages about your inquiry and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

We do not share, sell or transfer your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every form of information sharing described in this policy.

5. Site chat

The site offers a chat staffed by an automated assistant, not a person. It identifies itself as such in its first message.

What is collected

• What you type in the conversation, along with the assistant's replies.
• Your name, phone number and email address, if you choose to share them for a callback.

How it is processed

To generate each reply, the conversation is sent to Anthropic, our artificial intelligence provider, which processes it on our behalf and under its own contractual commitments. We do not use your conversations to train models.

If you leave your contact details, we keep the full transcript in our customer management system and email it to our team, so whoever calls you already knows what you discussed. If you close the chat without leaving your details, we do not keep the conversation.

What the chat does not do

The assistant does not quote interest rates, estimate payments, determine whether you qualify for any program, or provide legal, tax or investment advice. Those conversations happen with a licensed person. Please do not share your Social Security number, bank details, identification documents or account statements in the chat.

Using the chat does not enroll you in text messages. That requires the express consent described in the previous section.

6. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties so they can offer you their own products. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers working for us. We use Close to organize inquiries, calls and messages, and Vercel to host the website. They process information only to provide those services to us.
• The licensed professional handling your request. If you ask for help with a mortgage, your inquiry is handled by Christopher Araiza and Elena Haro, with Araiza Lending Group, powered by Barrett Financial Group, L.L.C. If you ask for help buying, selling or investing in a property, it is handled by Carlos Cardenas, with Tierra Antigua Realty. We do this only to respond to what you asked for. If you choose to work with one of those companies, its own privacy notices apply to those services.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, court order or a competent authority, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• Business changes. If the company merges, is sold or transfers its operations, under the same protections described in this policy.
• With your consent. In any other case, only if you authorize it.

None of these cases includes sharing your text message consent or mobile number for marketing purposes, as explained in section 4.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to handle your request, maintain our relationship with you and meet legal obligations. We keep the record of your text message consent, and of your opt-out if you reply STOP, as evidence and so we can honor your choice.

8. How we protect it

The site uses encrypted connections, access to our contact system is limited to our team, and integration credentials are never exposed in the browser. No system is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive information through the form.

9. Your choices

• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by email or phone.
• You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can ask us to stop calling or emailing you. We will keep a minimal record of that request so we can honor it.

10. Minors

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party sites such as Google Maps. We do not control those sites, and their privacy practices are their own responsibility.

12. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
