1. Who operates this site

elpoderdetucasa.com is operated by El Poder de Tu Casa LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By using the site, submitting the form or enrolling in our text message program, you agree to these terms.

2. Educational content

The content on this site and on the radio program is general educational information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it does not take your particular situation into account.

Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a prequalification, an approval or a guarantee of results. Rates, programs and requirements change and depend on each case. We aim to keep information accurate, but it may contain errors or become outdated.

3. Licensed services

Mortgage and real estate services are offered separately, through the licensed companies of the professionals on our team. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, an approval or a guarantee of results.

4. Radio program

El Poder de Tu Casa airs on La Tricolor 103.5 in paid airtime. You may send us questions for the program, but we do not guarantee that every question will be answered on air. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your questions.

5. Using the site and the form

• Provide information that is accurate and your own.
• Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, identification documents or account statements through the form.
• Do not use the site to send unsolicited messages, impersonate anyone, or attempt to damage or disrupt it.

6. Text message program

Program name: El Poder de Tu Casa.

Description: if you agree to receive text messages, for example by checking the optional box on our form, we will send you automated follow-up messages about your inquiry and appointment reminders. This program does not send promotional messages.

Consent: optional, and not a condition of any purchase or of receiving help from us. The box on the form is unchecked by default. The form is in Spanish; the wording you agree to, and its reviewed English equivalent, are:

"Acepto recibir mensajes de texto automatizados de seguimiento y recordatorio, con frecuencia variable, de El Poder de Tu Casa. Pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos. Responde STOP para terminar. Responde HELP para ayuda. El consentimiento no es condición para ninguna compra ni para recibir nuestra ayuda."

"You agree to receive automated follow-up and reminder SMS messages with varying frequency from El Poder de Tu Casa. Txt and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end. Text HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving help from us." (version EPDTC-SMS-v1.0)

• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your request.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• To cancel: reply STOP at any time. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL also work. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and after that we will not send further messages unless you give consent again.
• Help: reply HELP, call us at 480-864-4379, or email admin@elpoderdetucasa.com.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile number and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Content ownership

The El Poder de Tu Casa name, logo and content belong to El Poder de Tu Casa LLC or are used with permission. You may view them for personal use. For any other use, please ask us first.

8. Third-party sites

Links to third-party sites, such as Google Maps, are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or practices.

10. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date. If we change the text message consent wording, we will identify it with a new version.
